Mike has been a professional drummer for over a decade.

His technical ability, musical training, and songwriting experience make him a strong collaborator and session drummer across a range of genres. Mike’s education in contemporary music theory and audio production informs his creative approach in the studio and on the stage.

Mike was a founding member of Ellevator (Arts & Crafts). During his time with the band, he toured Canada and the US, co-wrote two records (Ellevator [2018], The Words You Spoke Still Move Me [2022]), and co-produced the band’s 2018 release. He continues to work with various artists in live and studio settings and as a special project collaborator.

Mike lives in Halifax, NS with his family and his dog.
